1. Introduction

4.2 Each person is permitted to hold only one account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

4.3 lazawin requires KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Acceptable identity documents typically include a valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport or other government-issued photo identification. Documents must be legible, unaltered and in date.

4.4 lazawin may request additional verification documents at any time, including proof of payment method ownership and proof of residential address. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

4.5 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your username, password and any one-time verification codes associated with your account. Do not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

5.1 All deposits must be made via supported payment channels only. Supported methods for Malaysian users include, but are not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow and FPX.

5.2 Deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may be returned to source, with associated account activity reviewed.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in the same name as the lazawin account from which the request originates.

6.2 KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is approved. Submitting verification documents promptly after account creation is strongly recommended to avoid delays.

6.3 All applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be met in full before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.2 Wagering requirements indicate the number of times bonus funds must be turned over as qualifying bets before a withdrawal may be requested. For example, a RM100 bonus with a X15 wagering requirement requires RM1,500 in eligible bets before withdrawal of derived winnings.

7.3 During active bonus play, maximum bet limits typically apply. Placing bets exceeding the stated maximum (commonly in the range of RM250–RM500 per round) while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

8. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

8.1 All games available on the lazawin platform are provided by licensed international game studios and operate according to their individual game rules. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee the outcome of any individual session.

8.2 Sports betting markets, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC and other events, are subject to their own market-specific rules including void conditions, early settlement policies and event postponement procedures.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account per individual.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 lazawin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is reasonable grounds to suspect breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, technical abuse, identity misrepresentation or any other conduct deemed detrimental to the platform or its users.

10.2 Upon closure for cause, lazawin may withhold account funds pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

10.3 You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending wagering requirements and outstanding verification obligations must be addressed.

10.4 Self-exclusion requests are honoured immediately. During a self-exclusion period, we will make reasonable efforts to prevent re-entry to the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 lazawin provides the platform and its content on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of technical faults. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lazawin's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the platform shall be limited to the account balance held by the User at the time the claim arises.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the lazawin platform — including text, images, graphics, layout, code and branding — is the property of lazawin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution or commercial exploitation of any platform content without prior written consent.

13. Privacy and Data

13.1 The collection, storage and use of your personal data is governed by the lazawin Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference. You are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy in full before registering.
